Trust and Deception in Teams

Ok this has been eating me for a year and a half now, so I might as well say somethings, I know that I've been on Team BE, and so far it's not too bad and the people are not as bad either, however when you feel like your skills are not improving or when someone else surpasses you can make you feel very jealous and envy over them, your own teammates I know, and sometimes the other person, has no idea that you feel that way, eventually they get suspicious and may ask questions, but sometimes like some people say, it's best to keep it to yourself instead of doing a mega blast on them, snapping at that person won't solve anything but it does destroy friendships and the trust you had for one another, till your friendly rivalry turns into an actual fight, this goes for real life as well, normally I wouldn't post anything like this, but think of it as an insight of what I'm about, some play vanguard cuz it is alot more fun then yugioh I'll be honest bout that lol, but I play vanguard to not only have fun, but feel like that I do belong here, some want me to quit playing both games, but it aint gonna happen. So basically I'm just saying from little bit of experience from these games and real life is that I follow 1 simple rule: Keep your friends close, and Keep your enemies closer, it's still an effective rule. However I will follow the rules on this team cuz I'm not gonna quit anymore. Ending: Trust has to be earned, friendship has to be forged out of kindness and respect for that person, Deception ruins them forever.
